Title: Informal Silhouette Match Today

Concord, CA

I shoot pistol targets with the IZZY (red-dot) and low-powered air rifle, offhand, with the HW35+peeps.
Good fun for an aging curmudgeon, like me.
So, getting ready, I shot a few offhand at 12 yards this am next to the house.
I am liking this 12fpe VORTEK kit more and more:

Good shooting.
The trick is to manage the recoil of a spring rifle.  Even the low power ones have recoil, some worse than others.  Unfortunately one of my favorites, the ISH-60, is light, so it recoils a lot.
