Title: Hatsan 100x springer question?

Good morning, I have a Hatsan 100x springer and my question was on the oiling of the chamber this gun should have a synthetic piston seal so am I not to lubricate the seal at all or, one drop silicone oil every thousand shots or is it safe to do so? I read a lot about the do's and don'ts with synthetic piston seals I know the old leather type required oil but I need some insight on this. I have heard issues with oiling the Piston seals and causing detonation and busting Springs. Any help on this would be appreciated thank you Jeff

I dont put a drop of lube in any of my springers.  I am curious how many do and if it is necessary


edit to add : I only lube when I tear down

I have a large springer collection.  I don't oil any of the chambers of the guns with synthetic seals and they all operate just fine.  It's not needed.
