Title: Hatsan Carnivore (BT65) .35 cal
Post by: South Eastern Airgunner on March 05, 2017, 10:04:53 AM
Hello my friends,
I had a little problem the other day just before a hog hunt with my little boy.  My bolt would only come back about halfway, leaving the gun inoperable.  I took it home, took it apart and found that the safety tang had it hung up (with a little help from Cecil Bays).  I had taken my .35 apart twice before to turn up the power without much issue except the stock being a pain to get back on.  Anyway, after solving the problem with the safety, while trying to get the stock back on, the pin that holds the trigger spring and tang fell out, and the trigger, pin, and tang fell out on the table.  I was then running short on time and left carrying only my .50 Dragon Claw.  I have been trying to find photos of the BT65 with the stock off, more specifically, the trigger assembly so I can put mine back together.  Also, if anyone has any tips on getting the stock back on more easily would be greatly appreciated.  Like I said earlier, the last two times that I took it apart, I did get the stock back on, but it was a pain it the butt, this time, however, I could not seem to get it back on.  It kept wanting to "fall in place" about a quarter inch forward of where it needed to be, leaving a quarter inch gap between the stock and the back of the receiver.  Thank y'all for any help!!
