Title: Any way to make the Wildcat .22 a little quieter?

I got an FX Wildcat this week and I wouldn't call it backyard friendly unless your neighbors are 75 to 100 yards away!  I got 106 decibels at the gun (3 ft away with the gun indoors) and 88 decibels  approximately 25 yards away.  By comparison, a Hatsan is about 77 decibels at the same distance from the gun and about
97 decibels at the gun.  Long story short, it's pretty loud and is there any way to reduce this without taking away from the power.  30 to 31 ft/lbs. Fantastic gun though. Hole in Hole at 25 yds.

Whisper quiet. This thing is so quiet it will blow your mind the first time you use it, compared to what you are now acclimated to.
Hugget.
Worth every penny.

The only way Air Guns of Ariz will sell one is if you ship the rifle to them for installation.

No sweat - Penchetta will sell one to you though. At least I ordered one tonight and unless they send me the money back I assume they will ship it.
