Does anyone know of any of the brick and mortar stores carrying high quality pellets? Beeman's, RWS, Preator Internationals... etc.
I've managed to find RWS hobby pellets at "BIG 5" here in town, but that's about it; the rest I see are Crosman, but I haven't checked out many stores. Here's what stores I have available...
WalMart
ShopKo
BiMart
KMart
Target
Fred Meyer
Overall I would just like to find a place to buy Crow magnums and predators where I don't have to pay almost as much for shipping as I did for the pellets.

you and me both brorher!....i've seen $12-13 per-tin RWS points at big5....but was turned off at the price...

You can count OUT Dicks sporting good pretty much, at least our local one.... and Dunhams too.... Mike

If your buying from PA buy a lot at one time so you pay less for shipping.
I have Bass Pro Shop but even they have a limited selection!
-
And if you go to PA buy 3 and get 1 free. Helps offset the shipping. It works for every 3 tins. ;D

Have you tried Gun shops? The gun shop where I purchase my firearms also has a very good selection of quality air rifles and pellets. I havent actually looked for the brands you mention, but I'm sure if I ask they could probably get them for me.
Theres also a Cabellas near me that has a decent selection of Pellets as well as rifles.

I don't see a Bass Pro Shop in your list so I'm not sure if you have one close by. The national headquarters for Bass Pro is located here in my city and I stop in quite often. The only pellets I've seen there are RWS, Crosman and Daisy and they are on the high side. SUPPOSEDLY, we have an Academy sporting goods store being built here but I know nothing about their pricing or what they may sell. What I do is order online from PA--4 for the price of 3---of course you'll have to figure in the cost of shipping but you have a much larger selection from which to choose. Good luck.

The Dunham's around here carries some non-Crosman/non-Daisy but only in 0.177.

sorry guys but, p/a no longer has the buy 3 get 1 free pellets per kevin at p/a for long, long time now. 'lucky me'

Academy carries crosman, daisy, benjamin, and gamo pellets. However they do have pretty decent pricing on them. I buy .20 benji cylindricals for ~$9 a tin and daisy precision max .22 pointed (they shoot great in my b3 and 1322) at 2.49 for a tin of 250. I think Cabelas carries a few higher end pellets, but I do know they are pretty expensive on their pellets there.

you said this last week and i ordered 8 tins --paid for 6....PA has a good thing going and they know it.. they DO still do this and i think you must have heard wrong...this thread is about brick and mortor store's having a junk selection of pellets and i do agree with that...bart

at pyramyd air 4th tin is always free that's their logo
save time and gas and order from pa they have what you are looking for.
What will you be shooting these out of?
-
Well, it's not looking good. I haven't tried gun shops yet; I'll call tomorrow and see how many of them sell air rifles, but I doubt it's a big market for the gun shops.
goodland,
Remington AM77/Crosman 2100

Here we have Bass Pro, Cabels, Gander Mountain, Academy & Carters Country I know they werent on the list but just running through the mind. But I do agree with some of the other PA is a hard deal to pass on.

I would think Walmart would do well to offer a larger variety and offer to deliver to store. They already have a whole bunch of distribution points. And their pricing is hard to beat.
