I'm thinking about going with a fix power scope for night hunting. Gotta be mil dot as well. Anyone have any idea what's out there?
Thinking maybe 10x44

Berky,
That's easy! SWFA Super Sniper.

There are different variations but the new site isn't as easy to navigate as the old site. :-\

EDIT: I found the search option:

That SWFA scope is not AO so that would make it 100 yards parallax. The leapers UTG is a 10 yards to infinity focus
-
I want a fixed parallax. To much to mess with when calling Fox and Coyotes. Shooting a max yardage of 100
-
Kevin,
In the first link the scope has the parallax adjustment at the rear where a usual power adjustment would be.

Thanks for the info on the scope taso1000. First one of those I've seen. It's a good day when you learn something new.
-
No problem. ;D The Super Snipers are best bang for the buck, military grade, scopes. The new Athlon scopes seem to be good deals too. But since they were just released they need to build up a track record.

Do they stand up to sub 15 fpe springers?
-
I just bought the 10x50 utg yesterday for $115 at PA for my 15 fpe FT gun to replace the Nikko Stirling Nighteater.
-
The UTG I listed the link for has a glass reticle. I HIGHLY recommend the glass reticle. I have a 4-16X56 on my NP2(21fpe) with NO issues. Clear, bright and well made. Much better all around than the standard 4-16X40 that this one replaced.
-
I have 3 of the 3-12×44 leapers UTG SWAT scopes already. I just want to see how the fixed power one does with the 50mm lens.
-
Kevin,
Yes. Everything I've read online states that they can handle a spring air rifle. A quick google search and you will find the same.

Thanks for the info and the quick Google dig.😆

The Super Sniper scopes have always been on my radar but I haven't been able to justify the purchase. They went on sale over Christmas for $259, if I remember correctly, with rings and a scope level. I was very tempted but I don't have a range to use it to its full extent.

I had ordered the SWFA 12x fixed power a few years ago. The Mil-quad. Nice scope. Nice reticle, but it was so thin that it would disappear in the shadows on some targets. I sent it back. The 10x mil-dot reticle is probably thicker.
For night Hunting? You might be better off with a UTG/Leapers w/lit reticle.
I prefer their thicker wire reticles, but if you intend to use the lit reticle, their glass reticle is better. UTG/Leapers is always my preferred scope for an airgun.
-
I have not been impressed with the quality of the UTG Scope that I purchased, the first one went back because the elevation turret was not level. I love the the reticle, but the Sightron line for 30 bucks more is such a better Scope and on Sale has been the same price. Sightron is coming out with a moa-2 reticle in a couple months, which will be my new HFT Scope.

Nice Taso! I just happened across this post, yea I'm late to the party. That was a great video review.
He chose 16x which is fine for 100 yard bench. But after doing a competitive walk through the woods at 10 yard to 50 yard free hand shoots, 12x was about all I could handle so I think 10x fixed would be best for me all around. I don't do much 100 yard shooting and when I do I use 12x not 24x.

+1 on the SWFA scopes.
I have a x20 power scope. It will focus down to 10yrds.
I picked it up at their 4th July sale for $249.
I am perfectly fine with the rear focus.
