Here she is! holds about 1 pump of air , I do believe it will need a new pump cup , while I am at it I might as well do the whole kit.

Congrats!
That's a nice gun.
-
awesome! you will love it. I also have a 1985 blue streak. its a tack driver for sure. nice also for it to be drilled and tapped for the peep sight should you want to go that way.
-
I thought you were going to say the you had 440,478 Sheridans. I was so ready to hate you. I have an '84 one owner that spent all but it's first couple years put away. It was factory drilled. Makes you wish they still made them like they used too. Nice lookin gun.
-
Congratulations!
Great looking rifle
Thank you for the post and pictures

Thanks guys ! If I wanted haters I would tell what I paid for it ? actually a fair price for operating condition, $40. ;)

Yeah, now I do hate you..... Congrats.
-
Wow,
Very nice and good for you.
"fair price for operating condition"
I do not hate you But,
I paid double that for one in the same shooting condition
With maybe better wood
also a 1985
-
I figured you stole it from the previous thread on it...
I was right!
CONGRATS!
-
I would oil, pump & shoot it , for awhile. Store it with 2 pumps in it. It may not need seals, & the oiling will make her come back to life !
-
+1 on what Stephen said.
-
Seal kit is on the way, I have been tinkering wit rehabbing it but to no avail, the cup seems rather hard, and years of sitting in a garage dust, were built up, so a good cleaning and reseal should give it new life for many years.
-
She looks nice. You planning on refinishing or leaving as is? I personally like the old worn look. Doesn't seem to have any gouges or chips from its previous owner. One of the reasons I'll decide to refinish.
-
I may refinish eventually mainly to protect the stock, for now I can live with the dings.
-
Seal kit arrived today and is installed , so I pumped it up installed a .20 pellet and fell in LOVE, wow is all I can say being my first Blue Streak and also .20 cal. air rifle. ;D ;D ;D can even hit on target with the iron sights ;)
-
Congrats brother!! Welcome to the BS club
-
To shoot a properly functioning Sheridan is to love one... no way around it. What kid don't like ice cream and candy?
Congrats on your first..... lol
-
Rarely does a day go by that I don't shoot at least one Sheridan. Remember, you don't have to pump it up fully, for every shot. Most of my target/plinking is done with 3 pumps. ENJOY !!
-
Yes sir, you can certainly pump your blood pressure up with one of these. If I get out one of the M/M Daisys after shooting one of these the Daisy feels like it's broken. Even with a full 10 pumps.

That actually happened to me once, I had gotten done shooting ol' blue and when I got my 2100 out something didn't feel right and I though it had conked out on me.
-
I like my crosman pumpers but different league to my dans ,I do like my 312 though
-
Seems to pump a bit easier than my Webley Rebels, but I'm sure if I switch to my Bear River Sportsman 900 I Will feel like superman lol.
-
I've always wanted to pull the trigger on a Rebel. They come on on the classifieds every now and then for a crazy low price. Yet still couldn't commit. One day I'll give it a gander
-
They catch my attention as well.

Agreed!

I think mainly the front end coming threaded is the big appeal. That along with it being grooved and ready for a scope. Has the fiber optics which I'm sure a rear peep could be put in place. I prefer wood, but being plastic/polymer it would immediately be a nice truck/beater rifle. A couple months ago a guy practically couldn't give one away. I think it finally sold for less than 90 bucks. I'm surprised you don't have one or 12 already, Bill.
-
It's kinda like a kid in a candy store.. by the time you get to the really good stuff you already have a belly ache from everything else.
-
At least you don't get diarrhea, hahaha.
-
don't bother with a rebel very poorly made with cheap plastic used that breaks easy and barrels are hit and miss
look for a sharp innova instead
-
I like my Bluestreak, it's a shame they sold out.
-
Blue Streak is by far the best Pumper I own by far , I am doing my best to not even add a scope , been stacking pellets @ 10m with open sights so I am very pleased. :)

You find me a Sharp and I'll trade you for it. Several Blues, Silvers, and C9A to choose from.

got 3-4 innova's plus a few parts of them- threes aces and just recently acquired a .25 harper super spin barrel for an innova
this will be going in one of my ally breech's
I can probally get you a sharps as they come up every now and again but often have damaged receivers, either rails crimped or the bottom is damaged where the grubscrew has been tightened too much
what calibre mk1 or 2 and condition as my mate has two coming shortly and has offered me parts from them(not sure what he's making and a bit of a sin to chop them up imo) iu'm sure I could acquire a complete one
-
Guess being in the UK has its benefits for coming across Sharp rifles. I was just recently mentioning that I've yet to purchase a Webley Rebel. Going straight to the original is never a bad idea. Well, I prefer the 22 version. So keep me in mind.

i'll ask for you Rob
not sure on rules regarding US policy on shipping airguns from abroad but could send in two parcels as spares I imagine
