Here is my entry to the club, please let me know if this qualifies.
.22 Hassan Gladius Long QE with Huma regulator, shooting JSB 18.13g
Scope is a BSA 6-24 first focal plane side focus.
Shot at 101 yrds

Thanks guys, I edited it to have a photo showing the group size.  Just under 2.5".
