Any one having problem's with them responding back?

I didn't when I had the RMA my 95QE. It took a day and a follow-up email, but they were square from that point on. I've been very happy with my replacement- HatsanUSA treated me fair and I'll be getting more Hatsans down the road.

It was fine for me but that was about a year ago.

They responded to my emails in a reasonable amount of time for a business their size. God service thus far.

I've had very good experience in dealings with Hatsan USA. They recently sent a replacement stock for my Hatsan 95 QE without any problems.
Sent them pics and sent them back the blemished stock.
I've had nothing but good experience with Hatsan. Would not hesitate buying from them if the need arises.

I may reach out to them to buy a few odds-n-ends for my Supercharger.
When they replaced my old 95QE under warranty, the replacement gun had one of the finest pieces of Turkish Walnut I'd seen grace any gun. Every day I shoot my newer 95QE, it brings a smile on my face, and not just because it's a beast with the .25 Polymags.

They have responded to my emails as quick as any company. They even went out of their way by sending me a 2 new valve seats for my AT44-10 and did not charge me for them. It was not a warrenty issue. Would buy one of their products in a heartbeat.

A year ago the more you spent the better your chances of a reasonable response time. I also found it almost impossible to communicate if you didn't keep things very simple and use small words.

Sounds like emails are forwarded to parent company in Turkey if you have to use simple language? You wouldn't tend to think so with the college grad types they'd normally have working in important positions?

A couple of months ago they were responding to my e mails within a couple of days.

I've delt with them a few times in the past 2 years at their Arkansas facility both by phone & email and never had a problem with either a prompt response or a language barrier (maybe 'cause I speak Okie). ;)
