Post by: synergy16 on November 04, 2016, 04:16:58 PM
I have a Hatsan 125 .177

what pellets would you guys recommend for 50-100 yard shots?

Since each airgun picks its own favorite pellet, try various domed pellets to see which your specific gun prefers.

I think JSB puts out some of the most consistently accurate pellets and they come in a variety of weights.  Something in the range of eight to ten grains would probably work well, though generally springers aren't that accurate much beyond fifty yards.

That's a spiring piston gun. I start with a heavier pellet 9gr+, and harder pellet like H+N.  The JSB's seem a little softer, the PCP seem to like the softer lead.  Check out straight shoots dot com for there starter pellet packs Good luck, Joe

I'd say JSB's. Just want to follow this thread.

Ive got a Hatsan 135 in .22cal and I use the JSB jumbo heavy diabolos.  Best accuracy out of all the pellets I've tried in my gun AND the most FPE too.  Good for hunting...
