Thanks to PelletTom for bringing this to my attention to post in this information gate. Let's hope THIS catches on. And they actually described it so it makes perfect sense WHY.

Thanks to Slavia for the link to more info on this case and process. Here is a link to the appellant court case with more info on this. The link I posted above overturned all previous court rulings, including the one in THIS link. But it gives more reading and insight into the case.
