Title: How fast is a JoeB Guppy supposed to fill?

This is kind of a subjective question, so I'm throwing it out to get a few opinions instead of just contacting JB directly for now.

For those of you with one of these tanks, how is the flow control using the valve knob?  I use mine rarely, and this weekend it was real hard to get a slow fill.
