Title: disco is leaking
Post by: bird blaster on May 25, 2016, 06:29:16 PM
I filled my disco at 2000 psi and shot it 5 times on Monday. I put was at 1750 psi when I put it away. Now I just checked it and it's at the line between yellow and red below 1000psi. How do I find where it's leaking and do I send it in to crosman? Thanks

Soapy water or place it in the bathtub with the stock off. You don't have to send it too crosman order a kit from Norm and rebuild it yourself

I agree with Jay, mine leaked from the get go, I got mine from Cabela's but the gun itself was shipped directly from Crosman, well I sure didn't want to pay to ship it  off, mine was leaking from the foster fitting, I unscrewed it, put fresh pipe tape(teflon) on it along with a little pipe dope and it's been fine ever since.  When I checked mine I had already taken to stock off, I tried soapy water around the gage first and that didn't seem to be leaking so I put the front of it under water and sure enough there were some small bubbles coming out of where the foster fitting screws in.  My experience was about the same as yours too, I put it away with about 1500psi and three days later it was below 1000.
