Guys,
I was browsing the YouTube and saw a magazine meant for Discovery from QBMag.com. Its a magazine on which you have to rotate it by your index finger and without the need to change the breech or bolt.
This is not the complicated BNM breach set that uses the Marauder magazine but rather a simple magazine attached under the scope without major mods.
I find this very interesting to have a magazine repeater for the Discovery, however upon checking the sites - its no longer there.
I read through this forum that the owner might have gone bust.
I was been offered recently a QB78 auto indexing magazine (as per attached photos) and I was told that with a few simple mods, I could have this install on my Discovery and give a Marauder a run for the money.
Before I jump on the offer, I need to know whether anybody has done this mod QB78 magazine installed onto the Disco. Can this be done?.
Best Regards

Unless this is a new development, I think you will find that QBMags went out of business several years ago, and they are no longer made or available.... If you find that not to be the case, please post a link to the new source....

I've seen those before, on ebay- never handled one. I don't think the guy makes them anymore. The mag slips onto the adapter that attaches to the QB'S scope rail. I'm pretty sure (Though correct me if I'm wrong) that there's a difference in height between the load port and scope rail, between the Disco and QB. Depending on price, I'd say go for it though. Maybe you'll luck out and it'll work.
The BNM breech isn't too complicated- you just have to remove the old breech and replace it with a BNM breech... It's a pretty simple 15-20 minute procedure.

Hi YEMX,
Thanks for the advice.
Now, Im still in dilemma as the QB78 is still a question mark and the BNM is a sure fit.
The only problem I have with the BNM breech is that it will make my thin barrel slightly high up from the tube. Its sure makes my barrel looks very skinny.

BNM Breeches aren't complicated well in my opinion they aren't. And marauder magazines are simple to rebuild I do prefer others like the hatsan or cricket magazine.
For me that magazine looks rather clunky. Some might well function over design but I'll stick to hand loading pellets one by one in a disco
