Title: PCP repeater
Post by: Airgunner25 on May 23, 2016, 03:18:33 PM
I'm looking for a PCP repeater for $300 or less, it has to be filled with hpa not co2. Looking for a .22 mainly so I could use the marauder mags. I have seen a few different ones out on the market and was wondering which is the best. Just inform me on which is the most reliable and accurate for the money.

We'd better be able to give you info if we knew exactly what guns  you are referring to.
Looking at new or used? Where are you seeing a multi-shot PCP for sub $300.00 new?

The only repeater I'm aware of for under $300 is the Mrod-air Varmint.  There doesn't seem to be enough information out there from users to make an informed buying decision.

There may be some DIY approaches that could squeak in under that price point if that's what you mean.

Either way, you may want to mention what options you are looking at.

Looking for new, one is a xs60c but I believe you have to modify it to make it a repeater.

Kinda just around $300 not above $400 though, I seen the qb79 also. Just wondering what is the most accurate out of guns in that price range?

Not sure of the pricing but you might want to check out Stalwart Arms.  Might be priced close to what you are looking for.

I've built 8 or so qb repeaters over the years and was happy with all of them.  But they are qb's so tuning/tinkering will likely be required.

Look for a refurb Marauder.  They cost about $300.

Well unfortunately most all refurb marauders I see now are around $375
keep an eye on the classifieds you'll see hatsan's pretty often in that price range as
well as used marauders.

I would also try contact Stalwart I don't know how much his repeater setup is but
I know he is highly regarded and does good work.

I've been eyeballing the at44s over at airgunproshop, most guys love them and around $350
