Title: A Question to HW90 Owners

I'm considering buying a 0.22 HW90 and would like to know how loud this gun when compared to, say RWS 48 or HW80.

Or in general, how loud is this air rifle?

Sam for all practical purposes, they are about the same. Shooting mid weight and heavier pellets of course.

Hello Sam,
Do you mean the noise of the pellet or the spring/piston noise?
My HW80 is a UK spec' 12ft/lb model but with a moderator it's very quiet. I am not sure of your local laws regarding a moderator but if you can fit one it will become an extremely quiet rifle.
