Thank you Rob, I appreciate it. I have not navigated much at all on forums, so I get turned around at times.

It's easy to loose your posts when things get moved around... Not really complaining but there is more moving here than any other site I've ever seen, and I've moderated a handful over the years... This place is big, easy to get lost too.

That said, I've learned and post things where they don't get moved anymore :).

Think what it would be if they were not moved and you were searching for something. David

LOL
Yep, we are a product of growth. We have HAD to add more areas (gates) as we expand. And remember, we do this from your suggestions and requests. After all, we are ALL members here and our members are what make GTA the best airgun forum on the planet!!! Thank you all for that.
Anyway, there are a few things that we have done to make it easier to get around in here.
First off, I find it easier to use the "Show unread posts since last visit" option in the upper left fight under your user name.
Next, if you're looking for something specific, look to the right and up a bit where it says Select Gate. There is a drop down box with a list of all of the gates. Well, almost. :)
There are a few "child" gates we were asked to build that lie within some of these main gates.
Yes, we continue to grow. And continue to add more great airgun information. It's actually a good thing. And we will continue to try to improve the way we get you access to this information. Hey, we have to find it too. LOL
After you look around and explore the layout, you should be more comfortable and find stuff easier. If not, please do not hesitate to ask.
Also, please use the Search function in the upper right. I use it a lot. For example, I'm getting ready to do some work on my Hatsan AT44. And I wanted to see what others have done and actually how. So I clicked on Search and it brought me to another page (since I did not put anything in the search box) and clicked on Advanced search. There I put in what I was looking for and unchecked the ALL Gates option. Then selected the PCP Gate only to do my search. I got the results I wanted.
Just a few hints and tips on getting around in the ever growing forum. It's great to have so much good airgun information in one place at your fingertips. Now, if you can just fond it.
:)
When you create a thread or post, you are automatically subscribed to that thread. So, any changes or added posts you will get an email notification of. If you need to find a particular post of yours, just click on your Profile button in the toolbar above. Then in your profile look to the left at the list and select Show Posts. There will be a list of all posts you have made.
I hope some of this info helps.

Dave,
The site is not set up that way by default. The default is set so that the "box" for "Notify me of replies" is not checked. You have to expand the "Attachments and other options" and then click that box. Maybe an idea to explore would be to set that as checked for the default. Of course then people would be complaining about how they can stop the emails LOL.

Well, it used to be set that way by default. And yes, with 17,000 registered members and adding 10-20 new members daily, it becomes increasingly difficult to make everyone happy. But we continue to try.
:)
Appreciate the info...
