i made a post about my roald converted 850 about a month ago. it blew the burst disc after i had shot it about 3 times. its literally been collecting dust in my room. i have a traveling job and i dont get much time to play around with something that ive never taken apart (like my 2400kt). i came home, put new burst discs in it, assembled it and its got a slow leak now. i put teflon tape on everything that could leak and its still leaking (it had teflon tape on everything before so i figured it couldnt hurt) im really lost as to what to do. im mechanically inclined but i have a tendency to rush into things and it never ends up well. im looking for someone who could possibly do a re-build on this gun for me and get it functioning properly so i could finally shoot it. at this point ill pay what i have to because its done nothing but sit in my room since i purchased it. roald cannot do it anytime soon as he is moving and is backed up as it is. just throwing this out there in hopes that someone with experience with these guns could give me a hand here. another problem is that now when i screw it back together the gauge is no longer centered in the slot for the gauge, i dont really know how to fix that either. any help would be greatly appreciated

ok well the new regulator assembly literally just arrived a half hour ago. i put everything together and the good news is that its holding air , the bad news is that the air is not passing into the valve of the gun. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong here?

At what psi is the regulator set at? When the burst disc blew the first time it seems it was set too high for that to happen. If the second regulator assembly it set to high it may be causing some valve lock. Just a guess.

thanks for the reply! the first regulator was a 1200 psi regulator. the second regulator is set at 1800 psi. ive only put about 400 psi in the gun to see if i can get any air to come out of the barrel, and nothing is happening so it cant be valve lock. im perplexed. i dont have a great understanding of regulators (first one ive ever had on any gun of mine) so im completely in the dark until someone can shed some light here.

Well I don't know much about pcps myself .
But are you sure the regulator is in the right way ?
