C'mon! Somebody step up.  I just called, they want $31 to ship to NY.  I passed, but if it's still there in the AM, I feel myself weakening................the Mailman

Maybe for the reason I would not buy it. The HW30 is a nice light carbine. Why add an extra pound of weight?

Jeff,  thank you for the post.  I like the looks of the HW30 laminate although it makes my Corcorran pepper laminate HW30 stock a bit less unique.  I decided to try it out.

I appreciate the heads up,  although my wife might have a different opinion.

I'll post photos once she arrives and compare it to the custom Laminate stock!

IIRC, the ad for that one said it had a cracked wrist. Was that the case? Did you repair it yourself?

Thankfully,  that was a different rifle for sale.  This one arrived NIB with tags!  Felt some drag on the cocking lever after a few shots and need to polish and lube the arm before it galls.  Seems like a nice rifle!

I have fixed a couple of stocks wit hairline cracks.  One was from my own blunder.  Both were fixed with a long drill bit going down the grip, then some good wood glue in the crack and a large deck screw with a bit of epoxy in the hole first.  Easy with walnut to sand and refinish to hide the repair.
