What happened to the RWS Model 46 underlever?
The BB has no listing for it.
I would have to conclude that it has been replaced by the Model 460 (?)
If so, is the 460 an upgrade in s0me regard?
Inquiring minds need to know...............

The 46 series was discontinued several years ago. They show up for sale occasionally on the used AG sites. Nice
shooter. It was originally designed to compete with the AA TX200 for Field Target competition but never became as
popular and was eventually discontinued. It was/is an approximately 12 FPE gun and was offered in both .177 and .22
calibers. I don't know if the 460 was a replacement for it as it's a more powerful gun.

Thanks.
Is there any way to establish a value for one that is a new demo in the box??

Not sure what $ to ask for it There were 3 models of the 46 in each caliber - the 46 w/ MonteCarlo stock and checkering,
the 46E straight stock, non checkered, plain Jane version and the stutzen.
Back in the day, SS was charging $349 for a 46 - see link

If I;m not mistaken the new 430 replaced the 46. For the most part, the same rifle with a few changes.
If its the standard stock I'd say start around $300.00.
