Title: Round of choice out of my 202s

I haven't shot that many yet, but prliminary tests are extremely positive.

this will be my choice hunting round:

.357 Dash caliber 158gr Snakebite

my 202 does 186 FPE with 140gr so I would guestimate that with the Snakebite she would be hovering around the 200 FPE,.......love this little rifle  ;D ;D

     The .357SnakeBite.....another member of the Big Lube family of boolit molds/designs.  The very large lube grooves seen in this family of boolits add up to much less contact area in an airguns barrel than many slugs the same weight.  

     Please post some 35-50 yard groups soon.  Always nice to see the accuracy of another rifle/boolit combo proven out!

     And don't make me buy you a chronometer! :D  I want to know how fast your rifles are chuckin those things!

O.K. I usually don't post pictures of groups but since Chris asked I have to oblige :)

this is a 35 yard group shot from sitting on a log off shooting sticks, fill at 200 BAR, the first 4 shots where in a nice tight group, the next 4 you can see how they start to walk down.


Definatly this gun and slug combination will go after porkers,...and watch out !!!! :)

Are those oinker snout prints under the red   x  the cardboard.  I think they are taunting you!

     Looks like a winning combination to me!  That round is going to PENETRATE!

Yes indeed Chris, that what I like about the .357, great for headshots, I wouldn't use it for body shots but I think it's the perfect round for skull penetration :)
