Was worth it though .Looks really good, Randall!Did you only have half a sandwich?

Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Poppers from Walmart for $1.00/box of 6-8. Absolutely scrumptious when dipped in Buttermilk Ranch dressing and chased with Margaritas.
They had some bean and cheese burritos in the deli section for $1. I nuke them for a couple minutes then slice the top and cover them with shredded cheddar. Then pop it in the toaster oven to melt the cheese and crisp up the tortilla. Add chopped onion and picante sauce and it's pretty dang good. Deep frying them is not bad either.
LOL Brett.... you may have just diagnosed today's meal..HEY !!! BETTY LOU!!! ......
Last night was Holiday left-overs.Needed to scarf them up before Hoosier Momma throws them away!
Looks good Dinh. Grilled cheese is on my "anytime" list.
Completely inspired....We have a panini grill. So following Dinh's lead. I buttered two slices of that English Muffin bread then put Betty Lou's egg, hash brown, cheddar cheese, onion and ham casserole in it. Popped in it the grill until golden brown. A dash of sea salt when came out and it was on !!That bread had nooks and crannies that all the goodness hid in and it came out crispy n crunchy like an English muffin. Next time maybe a slice of tomato. When I got done with mine, Betty Lou decided she wanted one too.
