Is that A Drager bottle? Is that thread what is known as the DIN 300
I have a MSA H-30 tank made in 2009, just passed hydro. It has the CGA347 type connector and I'm shopping for a fill adapter with gauge and bleed valve. I've been looking on Amazon and some show an o-ring on the end of the nipple and some do not. All ranging from $45-$100 but the real question is do I need one with the o-ring? I have also considered building one from individual pieces but the CGA347 nipple and nut sold separately, aprox $20 do not show any type of o-ring so I'm confused about what I need.Any advise on how to finish this setup without breaking the bank is greatly appreciated.Follow up:After reading a bit more my understanding is that a "hand tight" nut may have an o-ring and a wrench tightened one will not but some have complained that one with an o-ring may damage the o-ring because of the 2 vent holes drilled through the sides of the threads, which mine does have.
