I tried some old ice cubes this afternoon. They are plenty loud when hit, but I think sheetrock/chalk/plaster are more visibly impressive when hit.I recently found another material that is surprisingly fun to shoot: PVC flooring. Probably not just any flooring will do though. This stuff was Smartcore Ultra from Lowe's. I did the kitchen floor last week and had some scraps and half a box of tiles left. Just as I was about to throw the scraps out, I wondered if it shot well. Indeed, it does! A nice clean hole with a visible shower of pulverized PVC "foam" core ejected out the backside.
News Flash !!!Necco Wafers are going back into production I do believe they are non toxic air rifle size clay pigeons

It's the pressure in a barrel makes things fly ..I guess my cans after picture did not post above..lol
I have always loved shooting cans filled with water, seeing the damage done by a pellet never gets old. As a kid with a $35 crosman I had the same fascination with it as I do now and as my rifles have gotten more powerful I find it even more fun. Spray paint cans are fun too but it makes quite a mess.
