I'm interested in the matches seeing as how I've picked up 4 pumpers over the course of the past 3 months (397P, Blue Streak, 2 Crosman 140s). So I went out in the garage to give one of my Crosman 140s a go at 25ft with open sights on a 50ft 5.5 target. I copied the target actual size and proceeded to lob Hail Marys in the general direction of the bull because I could hardly see them. Surely you folks eat an awful lot of carrots to be able to see the bulls, let alone hit the things from 10m. I think we need a Geezer Class -- Barnsides at 10 feet with howitzers. A vintage gun indeed.

Couple of questions; 1, did I score it correctly & 2, if two target sheets are used with one shot taken on each sheet do you eliminate two or one bull per sheet?...In addition, there are 2 cross-hairs on the target. Can we use those to burn off a few rounds?ThanksMarty,The extra cross-hairs are for sighters. If I remember this target correctly, when using two sheets, then the same bull is eliminated on both sheets. For example if the 1st bull is eliminated on sheet 1, the the 1st bull is eliminated on sheet 2. In the end you should have twenty scoring bulls.Hopefully, Marty2 has been keeping up with this discussion and can chime in if I'm wrong.Jim

Just a trial run with the '75 Dan. Couple of questions; 1, did I score it correctly Looks right to me from here, bottom left may be an "X" unless you can see part of the DOT remaining in person that I can't see here.2, if two target sheets are used with one shot taken on each sheet do you eliminate two or one bull per sheet? TWO bulls per target and the same bull on both sheets. Like said, you want to be at 20 shots total....In addition, there are 2 cross-hairs on the target. Can we use those to burn off a few rounds? I say yes, those are sighters. But I try to keep it to one or maybe two shots on each to save confusion. Thanks
