Benjamin 392 .22 Cal scope

My 392 seems to shoot about 2.5 in to the Rt. with the scope mounted and even with peep sight the peep is way off to the Lf. and I have moved the cross a lot to compensate and still about an in. off bull at 15ft.
What is the best thing to do to get it on target?
