Thanks for the replies, Gentlemen!I have been experimenting with Meisterkugeln and H&N Sport (wadcutters). I also tried Crosman Premier domed. The domed cycled the worst followed by H&N and then theMeisterkugeln. I noticed that the feed arm hole or loading port is greatly oversized compared to the pellet which would make it slide freely forward and backward depending on the tilt of the gun when cycling. The picture I have shows a lip where the barrel protrudes past the breech block. The feed arm is to the left. I'm not sure how the breech block is attached?I think if I could mate the barrel and breech block flush the action would be smooth tipping forward a touch. I could file it but wanted to know how it is secured or if it would move with a little gentle persuasion? Thanks again!Rich
Rich, Location of the breech block to the barrel is accomplished by the hold-down screw visible in your pic' above. It does look like the barrel cutout for loading is mislocated on your gun. The block and swing arm should be lined up with the edge of that barrel cutout, just as you have noted - to me it looks like the arm would hang up and not swing home. Your thought of cutting until flush is likely the best way to correct it. BTW, I think your magazine is a repro, looking at the roll pin and machining marks; that's not a problem as many have been made that work just fine.Don R.
