Silicone Oil for TX200 Breech Seals

I have been using a
small
drop of silicone oil on my TX200 breech seals every 500 shots or so. I am using the green ARH breech seals currently, which seem to last longer that the OEM seals. I get about 5,000 shots on the seal before they flatten out. It occurred to me that lubing the breech seals might be a waste of time.
Do any of you lightly lube your breech seals with silicone? How often? Does it extend the breech seal life?
Thank you for your advice.

I have a British Webley Vulcan in 22cal. I usually lubed the fat cone shaped breech seals with a bit pure silicone plumbers grease since noticing they tended to dry out and flatten a bit. They seal better if kept lightly lubed. I have been using a very light coat of 30w pure silicone oil lately since I got some for a PCP pump that works well also. The Vulcan breech seals are expensive $8-$12 depending of the vendor so I use it to help keep the seal flexible and last longer. As long as it's pure silicone its ok to use around the breech seal.

No lube on o-rings.
Lubed spring every thousand.
Rebuild after 35,000 shots
