Silly question here but wanted to know is there a way you can order parts online or is it strictly over the phone ? Thanks !

To the best of my knowledge it's telephone orders only.  They can make parts diagrams available for you if you can't find them on line on your own.

Phone only. Usually super nice folks to deal with but you have to have your own part numbers. Sometimes they will cross reference a part for you but only if it is a modern part, nothing obsolete.

Here is a link to the Crosman Manuals Search Page
The new website makes manual information harder to find, but hopefully not more difficult to use
As mentioned by pgritty, you will need to have your parts numbers at hand to place an order

Hope this helps

Thanks for the info! I ordered some AM77 (2100) parts today. Super easy and much cheaper than what I was finding on the ‘bay’.

Any time I recommend where to buy OEM parts for Crosman it's always direct from Crosman because you'll never beat the prices.

How long does it take to ship an order???
Called last week, March 3rd, ordered seals over the phone. They sent a confirmation, and I realized my address was a bit messed up. :o
I have two, one for P.O. and one for ground shipping.(I live on the town line, two different zip codes)
So emailed my correct address to them. How long does it take on a computer to type in a new address?
At this point, my order is still pending....  ??? ???

Call Kevin Snyder at (585)657-3091 or (800)724-7486 ext 3091. Ask him to check the status of your order. He is one of the nicest and most helpful CS reps I've ever worked with. He has been handling my parts orders for several years now. Very knowledgeable.

Thanks, Dave!
I did try a call.  Looks like it's already shipped.  He thought it may be caught up at their P.O.

I did...LOL.
I'm sure he is fine with it. That's his job, taking care of parts orders.
