(Carefully) find out what the turret range is and put them back at about 1/2 way out from bottom. No more than 3/4 out in the end when in use.Low at close range I can understand. The sudden shift to the right is likely the turret(s?) being run out. The inner tube of the scope is bouncing around because it does not have enough tension on it. Another reason for that extreme right shift is that something on/in your scope mounting is loose.Double check things (tight) and get those turrets ran back in for starters. Some pics of the gun may help to get more answers.
I am little confused. Why is it even possible that rail is so high etc that its impossible to just mount and zero just like that..

Shoots how it should but way too right. Both turrets is halfway. I have no clicks to zero it sideways. So my lift did something, and everything seems to be tightened enough

Why is it even possible that rail is so high etc that its impossible to just mount and zero just like that..Draw a sketch on paper. With the scope mounted high above the bore, the line of sight and the line of bore require a substantial angle to intersect. So there is not sufficient adjustment for such intersection to occur.Like some others, I want scopes mounted as low as possible.

You say,... "Both turrets is halfway. I have no clicks to zero it sideways." If you are halfway, there should be in and out clicks remaining. High rails should have a (built in) forwards slope, like what you do when you shim the scope at the rear ring. That is about all I have to offer at the moment. Perhaps others will assist with more advice.
Craig,Off topic,... but what is that gadget in the/your picture?
Scope without any hold over/hold under markings are worthless on airguns!Get a new scope! -Y
