Since there's no new topic button in the in memorium gate, I'll put this here. My friend and my airgun reviews guru That I've trade pellets and laughs with, Kenny Kormandy, lost his battle with cancer last night. His daughter announced it on Facebook this morning and it wound up on my home page. I too learned a lot from him and his videos. Was glad to share stuff with him. He will be missed. So say a prayer and a goodbye for him. Vio Con Dios, my friend.

Awwwwww...that's a definite loss. I really loved his even tone of speaking and his in depth reviews on guns. He will be missed...
-
Kenny was a no-nonsense kind of guy who gave real world honest reviews.
I will miss him
-
Yes, he did. I tried to follow his lead and do the same in my videos. He was quite successful at it. He will be missed.
-
Too bad he was a down to earth airgunner and will be missed.
-
Godspeed Mr. Kormandy...
-
Sad news, indeed. I watched many of his videos.
-
Very sad, he had some great reviews
-
I am very sad to hear this Leonard. I liked his reviews too. Prayers sent for his family. Best Wishes - Tom
-
Rest in peace Kenny.
Thank you for your videos.
You did good.
-
This is very sad. This man was very honest about his reviews and served the airgun world well. His last video was hard too watch. Cancer not worthy. Rip kenny
-
Sad to hear this.
-
Sad! I also enjoyed watching his video's. Prayers to his family.

Loved his reviews. You know you could count on him to tell it like it is, the real facts not fluff reviewer. Also helpful in the DIY aspect with the budget guns.
A huge loss for the Airgun community, I miss his reviews.
-
Am Sorry to hear about Mr Kormendy, he gave the most accurate reviews of any air Rifle- no fluff - no lies -if the gun performed poorly he told you and if they performed as advertised he told you. He reminded me of my grandfather and I loved watching his reviews and asking him questions. He will be solely missed in the Airgun Community as a mentor and a guru. My good wishes to his family and friends

He will be missed :( I found his reviews to be the most affordable advice for those wanting to get into the sport/hobby. ... R.I.P Kenny 🙏
But his sound advice lives on, and I think it started with the P-17 ???

I remember not that long ago listening to Kenny while I was driving to DC or Florida for 5-6 hours at a time. Or when I was in my hotel room for work. He reminded me of my Grandpa. Always gave me a sort of heartwarming relaxing feeling listening to him. I felt like he was the kind of guy that you would want to have coffee with and just talk about old times.
