I've had the experience of closing a small business. My store didn't have the history or family ties that yours did. It is nice when the first of the month rolls around and no rent is due no mad hectic holiday season followed by the slow times. It's enough to make you quit and do something you love. Good luck

And I'm sorry to see another mom-n-pop store steeped in family history and tradition close.  But as it closes, your "Mom-n-pop airgun service company" is still there, and I hope you and your wife can enjoy the fruit of your hobby's efforts.
