Anyone have any info on these? I was able to find the 1906 on Pyramid but I cannot find any info on this one. I have a chance to pick one up and while I'm pretty sure they are scarce I don't know what kind of value they have. Gorgeous looking little rifle.

There are 2 distinct periods to the Columbian rifles. The first period covers the cast iron Bailey designs, and the second period covers the sheet metal Heilprin designs.
If this model is dated 1908 on the rifle and is cast iron, it is a Bailey design, if it is sheet metal its a Heilprin design.
The Heilprin designs run to about 1919 or so. These rifles were carried by Sears and the later Heilprins had a thumb safety just like the early sheridan streaks.
Considering they were sold by Sears for over 10 years, they are not quite as scarce as many believe. The truly Scarce Heilprin is the model L.
Please post a picture if you end up purchasing the rifle.

DW thanks for the info. I stumbled into several from what I can tell scarce early model air rifles. A Markham New King, the cast iron columbian and Atlas cast iron rifle. Wish me luck!
