Diana model 25 on the way
«

I recently purchased an older Diana model 25, looks like it was made in 1974. It does not appear to have the adjustable trigger. Wanted to get an older break barrel for fun plinking. How were these rifles? How were the direct sear triggers?
Thank you,
Alex

I bought one, ages back, gunshow find, $15.
Needed some work, but turned out to be a great little shooter. Crisp rifling, the trigger is excellent. Mine is a .22 and avgs 448 fps/Hobbies/slightly seated. Without seating it clocks abt 20 fps less.
Good find. Cocks w/one finger, carry and shoot all day. Groups are up there with the most accurate air guns on the rack (own around 50)
Good chance it could use a rebuild. PS is likely leather, silicone oil might revive it. I think you'll enjoy it
Before I had a chrony, used to bag rabbits and big bullfrogs with it
