With all these restrictions, what puzzles me is this. Dont get me wrong, but theoretically.. what is really the chance of getting caught with an airgun exceeding the legal power in your country? I'm just thinking..if we had such restrictions in Norway I just cant see how our police could or would use any manpower on random testing of airguns considering all the serious crimes they have to deal with. That is, until you accidentally hit somone or knocks out your neighbours window.
I just don't understand how laws that are present to make people safer actually do so.Anyway, laws, being what they are, can be challenged and either upheld or discarded. This is a fascinating thread; it makes me appreciate where I live that much more.
