I was going to use my Dominator today but when I grabbed it I noticed the air had all leaked out, it was the fill probe o ring, it's not a bad job putting one in either, basically a 20 minute job if that.
I ended up choosing the DAR177 for the hunt today, the first spot I went to there were a lot of reds and fox squirrels but the reds didn't want to stop moving, I ended up going up where I've been getting the right along and while first walking in that patch of I spotted a red chewing in a nut, the rest is history

Great job with your DAR Wayne! It sounds like you have a large supply of Reds at those 2 spots.

Thanks Harry !!! I'll be frying up some this evening again, yes there's a lot of red squirrels just about anywhere I go on that state land. The spot that I'll hunt on opening day for fox and black squirrels I haven't even been there for a few months, I'll go there about a week before the season opens to see what it looks like cause there's a lot of reds there too.

Looks like my DAR in .22 cal is going to be a good woods gun, only saw one gray squirrel yesterday but it came home on my pin. Still think the stocks a little "clunky" but very accurate.

An old Italian saying says:
Where Attila passes (the king of the barbarian Huns) the grass does not grow.
But where Weyne does not survive squirrel.

In Italy it is forbidden to hunt with compressed air weapons.
I have to be content to watch your videos.
