Umarex Origin: seems to feel rough when cocking

I recently purchased as my first PCP rifle. Not sure if this is the way these feel when cocking but it feels like it hangs up a bit when cocking. Kind of a rough feel that I am forcing though in the range of the cocking function. I tried lubing what moving parts I thought might help but no difference. I also wonder if I am just feeling the bolt pushing the pellet into the bore from the magazine and that's the way it feels doing that action. Just doesn't seem right but I am not sure. Anyone else notice this on this gun?

You probably feel the pellet, how does it feel without the magazine inserted?

Mine felt a little rough when I first got but I don’t notice it much anymore. I’ve probably got around 600rds through mine.

Without the magazine it's really nice. Maybe once I get more pellets through it that will help. I also saw a YouTube video where a guy files some of the sharp edges on the magazine which is suppose to help.

It sounds fine, try something really bad like a Gauntlet and you will be thrilled with your Origin. The pellets you are using may be a little tight too.

Ok I will see if it gets better as I get more shots through it.
Thanks

I used a very, very lite coat of moly on the side lever linkage and the probe.
