I think you'd better talk to your machinist. He'll know what drawings he wants - if any. He'll probably suggest materials for the job if you explain the job to him. Take a sample of the thread to the shop and let him measure it.If he's just a small shop the whole thing can be done on a pretty personal level. This is likely to be just a one off thing.
You can always just remove the endcap from your rifle (it's a 7mm Allen) and take it with you and ask them to measure it. Just explain you need that thread with male in one end, and female on the other. That will get them off to a running start at least.I'd measure it for you right now, but my thread gauges are at work Just throwing this out there, but you could probably contact one of the guys that are known to make "mufflers" for the airgun community. They can probably make you something along the lines you have planned without having to measure anything, there is a chance they have done it before. Just thinking out loud..

Just thinking out loud..It took 3 tool stores last month to find a 7mm Allen wrench. I would consider 2 of them to be good local sores too.
