Bought one online, awhile back for abt $55. Now they seem impossible to find. This one’s a .22, came drenched in Yak-butter and needing a tune, real bad. After some simple mods turned out to be a fun plinker and thumps pretty hard. Wonder why the supply dried up on these?

Wonder why the supply dried up on these?Does it have a manufacture's name on it? I've got a .22 BAM B3-1 AK. Got it off Gunbroker 3-4 years ago. Mine has the same scope mount as the Mrod B5-1 AK. Who ever had your's before probably got the AK47 recoil pad, flash suppressor and pistol grip from the guy on the other channel we don't speak of back when he had them in stock. Way back I got 12 of those AK slings off ebay. Got'em on my two AK's, two TS45's and my Hatsan 155, Dominator carbine and Proxima. Also have the AK slings on my Mendozas that came with sling mounts. Don't care for leather slings. When I put the suppressor on the BAM I ground the back upper corners down so I could still adjust the front sight with my AK/SKS adjustment tool then three bangs with a hammer and it's never come off. Got see-thru scope mounts so I can still use the open sight. My other AK in .177 has Peak stamped on it. Doesn't have the scope mount. Not sure but I think Peak became BAM then became XS or SPA.
