My question is a basic one and that is those of you that use this program, what information do you use the most.
Thanks

POI at range info ....
Know your pellet, velocity it shoots, Chart the POI at different ranges and PRINT IT OUT as a field cheat sheet.
Can us MIL dots, Inchs of hold over that suit scope in use or even known info for using iron sights.

^ what he said + energy at the target to make informed decisions on pellet weight, caliber, fps requirements, etc. for a given purpose.

I think I have most of that and understand it.
I also think it will tell me the best range to zero to get the most out of the kill zone. Does that sound correct?
I was using a .22 cal, 930 fps, 2 inch scope rise, and 100 yds of range scope on 16x. I found that if I zero at 45 yds I would get the best kill zone of 1 inch from 12 yds to almost 50 yds. Actually 12.4 to 50.7.
Any input will be welcomed as I am just learning this program.
Also thanks Tom and I see where that might be useful as you can decide for hunting or critter control if you have enough energy to do the job vs distance. Correct?

Yes, the kill zone is a great feature to determine the zero distance. I kind of lump it it in with the POI. It may well be the best piece of info for a airgun hunter. And yes, the energy at the target will help you determine the max. range that your setup will be useful on a given type of game. There are a lot of discussions on how much power for different game animals will be required , they always refer to the energy at the target.
I seems that you are on the right track with chairgun.

Many thanks for the input.
I'll study it some more and if I have any questions I'll let you guys know.
I found it interesting how much drop I would have at 100 yds.
Kinda glad I got the .22 but maybe the .177 is better but I doubt it.
I just checked and it is basically the same. Interesting. Less weight and less energy at the end. 14 vs 9 for the .177
