Bought this QB57 from a Belgian guy last week, received it this week.
These two are his pics:
(bug on the stock)
He had bought it new three weeks ago, has given it a lube tune, remarked in his ad it has a spungy trigger, scope not included.
No spungy trigger, merely long travel, upon firing it's ok.
Tweaked it today. (5.12 fpe out of the box)
Easy to take apart. At the end of the action there's a screw, remove it and insert a phillips screwdiver to secure the end cap. Put the end cap on the work bench, keep pressure on it while removing the trigger assy screw. Keep pressure on it while removing the phillips screwdriver.
Inserted 2 washers into the piston after polishing the spring ends.
Not satisfied, was looking for factory specs fpe so put three washers on the spring guide
That's more like it ;-)
So is this
Short vid:
Nice rifle :-)

Neat looking piece. And these make fine shooters and just plain old fun. I've got one modded up for my granson. Gene inspired my project with his project.
Enjoy it.
Happy Shooting!!!!

Those 57's are nice little shooters. I have one in .177 and .22 and both of them have taken their share of backyard pest birds and even a nutter or 2 at closer ranges....

Power looks low. Mine shoots 7gr at 720 fps which is still sub FAC legal. Wonder why yours is shooting slow? IIRC the B3 rebuild kit has the right spring?

Mine's shooting abt 600 fps using 7.87 grainers where factory specs promise 650 fps using
grainers?
Could have preloaded it
a bit
more but was satisfied.

Sold this one to a UK collector
Can't keep them all.
