Today is Korean Thanksgiving lunch here at work. For the Americans it will be hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill and chips. For the Koreans it will be catered food from the local Korean joint. None of it is any good. They use the red hotdogs (nasty) and the frozen hamburgers that are surely not real (disgusting). And as for Korean food... well, I don't know how it's even supposed to look or taste but what I do know is that I have a problem putting things in my mouth that I can't identify. Looks like I'll be having chips and soda for lunch.

" I have a problem putting things in my mouth that I can't identify" I get it. Industrial agriculture and industrial food processing is all about getting people to put things in their mouth that they can't identify. I think it's unfortunate that so many are so distant from naturally good foods that they can identify. Well it's almost lunchtime. I think I'll have some spam and maybe open up a pack of hermitically sealed twinkies for dessert.
...are you SURE on the cheese?I work in plastics. It is only one molecule away.

Bill, is more concern if it was something like possum meat in that dish he doesn't recognize. Doesn't matter if it's conventional possum meat or organic possum meat. LOL
