PP-800 Hammer Spring & Parts, Artemis, Diana, Snowpeak

Hello everyone,

I am looking for extra Hammer Springs for the PP-800 in .22 caliber.  My goal is to 1) increase the shot count and 2) lower the FPS a little more. I am currently getting 14 consistent shots  shooting 15.89gr at 500FPS and is very accurate at 10-Meters.

I want to experiment with shorting the spring length but would like to have a replacement spring to modify and not the OEM spring. The Canadian Shop is out of stock and besides I would like to find a source in the US.

If any of you know the exact dimensions and weight rating on this OEM spring and a source to purchase replacement I would appreciate that information. Or, if you have found a replacement spring of a different rating that increases the shot count.

I'm curious on the effects of the spring.
I have a 4.5 cal PP800 on which I swapped the barrel to 5.5.
My unit may have been tampered before I got it although it was sold to me as new.
Anyway with the 4.5 cal mechanics and the 5.5 barrel I'm getting 10 consistent shots at about 16J (12 ft-lb) which is somewhat less than what I was hoping.
But I guess with such a small pressure cylinder, unless I dial down the power, it's not going to get much better.

To get more shots per fill you will have to turn down the pressure / fps. However if your gun has a regulator then you can achieve a good balance with 500 fps and increase the shot count 30-plus by altering the Hammer Spring.

Not sure if it had one from factory ... I definitely did not put one in.
My one is a Snopeak PP800 variant ... not sure which generation because the shop sold it to me as new in a Artemis box with wrong caliber magazine ... and the gun seems to be shooting a little too fast for a factory setup. But I can't complain too much because with 500 Kc more (about 20 USD) they gave me a 500 pellet tin of JSB RS and a CP1M variant (Muzzler).
Even in 4.5 cal I really doubt I would make it to 30 shots: I suspect the main popper valve would fail to seal and cause complete degas before I make it to 30 shots.
In 5.5 with 10 shots I'm already in the yellow on the pressure gauge.
I was hoping I could get 30 shots so I would use the 4.5 cal barrel for HFT ... Maybe I can do it with a drop bottle kit.
