I sent this gun to a guy and had him redo the seals about 5 yrs. ago when I got it back shot it about 10 times and it started leaking air.
Now I'll fix it myself.
What I have now is between the Exhaust valve stem and exhaust valve body there is a seal what was the original seal made of?
When I took mine apart in the Exhaust valve stem where it touches the body there is a hard plastic washer and the exhaust valve body has an O ring on it, is that what was meant to be there?
Or is that something that the other guy did?
I have the schematic for the gun but I would like to see a picture of that section.

I've got a 113 (.177 version) but have never been inside it yet, still holding and shooting strong after all these years.
I'll be interested in your project.

Mine was handed down to me by my grand father but I think it sat in a corner for about 10 yrs. before I got it and the seals rotted in it.

I did a writeup a while back on resealing the Crosman bulk fill guns, and included a number of pictures; one of those should have what you are looking for.
The oring you mention is a required part; it seals the valve body to the gas tube to prevent leaking at that point. The locking nut presses the valve body against a "wall" within the gas tube to swell the oring for the seal.

To add to what Paul said, you can get a kit with all the seals required from Bryan & Associates, or several others.
