Guys , after the passing of Dad I decided to get back at it. Starting with some "group therapy" in the Man Cave. Sunday night I hit farm #3 for an evening shoot. I decided to try an elevated position from a loft. It was a good choice and I bagged 3 rats in less than a minute! After the initial assault the action slowed a bit. I had time to toss a few bales of straw down to get the young cows to gravitate to one end of the enclosure. That gave me more leeway to concentrate on the feed trough area without worrying about "where's the beef?" I went through two mags with the Kral NP03 & half my air. I did miss a few because of the elevated position & range change from end to end of the shed. I need to try and simulate the position & do some shooting. The shed conditions don't allow setting up targets there. I ended the couple hr session with 11 confirmed & several probables . I may hit it again tonight . Thanks to all of your support & comments concerning my Dad's passing. Life goes on.

MARTIN! I am glad you got some YOU time in man cave and sniping rats from above! Great shooting! Shooting from an elevated platform is TOUGH! Trajectories are, gulp, tough to remember when I have trouble remembering my own name...😂👍! I shot ground squirrels from a 10ft elevated deck about 3 weeks ago from 40-100yds at 4400ft elevation...LMBO on the first shots, but thankfully PCP's are quiet and second/third shots where easier. Hope the family is doing well 🙏. Keep the heat on those giant rats and ghogs!

Randall , Thanks , I did get back into it last night for another 11 confirmed w/ many possibles. Not possible to navigate two of the areas for "pickups" at night as they're "pedestrian unfriendly "! I hit the loft first , but rain was pounding and it was leaking on my best vantage point! I drove back around to ground level to cover three areas by foot . I had a good night.
Rion , Yes thanks . "Group therapy" is sometimes the best.
