Tying to use it but it makes no sense to me. If I bought a 30 cu ft 3000 psi scuba, how many fills could a 105 cc cylinder take before the scuba got down to say 2500 psi??

The data you are missing is the pressure that you start filling you gun at - where you consider it "empty" after shooting and need of a refill.
The first two cells are for data on the tank - how much compressed air the tank holds at its "full"pressure, and the the pressure (in psi) at which the tank is full. The next three cells are about your gun - how high you fill it, how low it is when you start filling it, and how much air volume the tank has in cc (not the same kind of measure as the one on the tank above it - this is the air volume of your reservoir, not how much air it holds at pressure).
If we assume you fill that 105 cc tank from 1500 psi to 2500 psi, from a 30 cubic foot 3000 psi scuba tank, then the calculator says you will get 19.8 full fills before the tank drops to 2500 psi . . .
