In both the 15g and 18g sizes. Maybe I just got an exceptional lot of FX tins?It can be a lot of things. Lot#, new die vs old die, your rifle's likes and dislikes. I'm well aware of who he works for. I own most of them and while I haven't checked all, I've been into the .25's with 6 rifles between break barrels and PCP's. Pics are of the dish on both. FX is on the left, JSB on the right and the FX pellets do have a shallower dish on them. My JSB's a probly a year old so maybe something's been tweaked since then? Don't know but there is a difference between the 2. Doesn't seem to be a very noticeable difference in accuracy between the 2, but I'm just getting started playing with them so the jury is still out on that part.I'll have to get the other calibers out, see if I have matches in JSB and compare those too.

Regardless of shortage status, they'll never be as cheap in the future as they are right now. And that can be applied to anything. If I know I'll use it eventually, I'd rather pay today prices than tomorrow prices. And that's not even taking info consideration that tomorrow it may not be available, for any price.Hoarder mentality? Perhaps. But I like knowing I've got a decent stock built up, regardless of what happens in the future that's out of my control.
