Kinda sounds like you need a stronger spring between the trigger and the actuator fork......
Not sure I can do anything about a stronger spring between trigger and actuator fork since I don't know the current spring rating or where to get a stronger spring. I'll try the thicker/additional e-clip on valve stem to see if that helps. I think a stronger spring would accelerate wear on the trigger sear?
The first gen woodwork is done. Now, waiting for my LDC and 922 receivers....
Before I go down this rabbit hole, does anyone know if Crosman still sells these barrels? If I don't have to go searching that'd be great. Also, is there an advantage to using the 2200 barrel over let's say, one of these from Alliance Hobby?https://alliancehobby.com/24bbl.htm
