The rear sight mount should sport what looks like a FN FAL carry handle, but what is actually a fixed pump handle
Anyhow I wanted to suggest a scope rail (as shown) attached to the rear sight/barrel band. It gives a much better feel than just bracing on that band to pump.

Hey, Sharpshooer. thanks a ton for sending me here by link from my original review. I might have easily missed all this. I plan on trying at least a few soft lap shots for certain. Here s a photo of mine as it is set up now. Pumping has gotten easier, or did the work out build me up? ....Hmmm...Anyhow I wanted to suggest a scope rail (as shown) attached to the rear sight/barrel band.
