this is what my recipe looks like when its ready to be eaten; I start with 2 eggs and some milk in a bowl mixed dip squirrel legs(front/rear)in egg/milk roll/coat with fryin' magic fry in canola/veg oil until golden brown.just a few minuets each side then remove place in non-stick shallow pan,bake at 325 for 2hrs 15min let stand for 6 minuets and then enjoy this also works with rabbits and of course chicken
